As President, I want to build a network of organizers for our Young Dems to partner with, connect our members with the right kind of engagement, and rework our strategy on social media. I believe Democrats need to offer voters bold solutions and fight for real change! My other interests include Content Creation and Esports!

As the Vice President, my primary job is to support our president wherever needed. I also take care of other things such as event planning, managing the technology the group uses, and recruitment. In my spare time, I enjoy local music shows, working on cars, and hitting the shooting range.

As the secretary, my focus includes keeping our team organized while also making sure everyone feels included and welcomed. I am passionate about making sure our community is informed, flourishing, and engaged. Outside of my involvement in local politics, I enjoy gaming, spending time outdoors, birding, and hanging out with my partner and our cat, Pepper.

As treasurer, I look forward to help manage and expand our resources to better engage with the local community through meaningful events. Outside of HCYD, I am passionate about history, movies, and Lego.

As Communications Director, I want to build a group of other like-minded young people and give them the tools and access to candidates, campaigns, and having their concerns heard in government. As a demographic we have been chronically under activated and under represented in government. When I'm not working on politics I love to make things with me hands, whether that is a costume for a renaissance faire, a new tool with my 3D printer, or making a birthday gift using leather.

As the event committee chair, I want to help our members get involved in their communities and develop relationships with each other. I learn things about a community or environment best when I interact with it - which is why I love hiking, traveling, going out to eat, and participating in protests and clean up projects. I like to explore parks like Potters Bridge and Brown County State Park with my two dogs, Evie and Rosie, and I love getting ice cream at Alexander’s on the Square.

As a Social Media Co-Chair, I strive to engage our community in politics and teach them more about our organization thorough the use of online posts and eye catching graphics. I am a junior at Carmel High School, and cannot wait to support the rest of my generation in their journey of discovering their political identities. Besides my involvement in HCYD, I am an active member of the Carmel Technical Theatre program, Thespian Troupe #3315, Girl Scouts, aswell as being a State Thespian Officer for Indiana Thespians. My other interests include playing with my cats, shopping, and listening to Hozier on repeat.

As a Social Media Co-Chair, my goal is to create engaging posts and compelling visuals to involve and educate our community in the importance of local politics. I also hope to encourage our local youth to become involved in the government at any level. I am a passionate advocate for human rights, the maintenance of democracy, and social, religious, economic, and gender equality. I am a current freshman at Carmel High School, and a dedicated student with a passion for singing, acting, creative writing, poetry, and musical theater! I am also a big part of the local Jewish community and work as a part-time Hebrew tutor and first grade teacher at my temple. Lastly, I am a huge animal lover, and infinitely adore my dog, Norman Carl!
